But what do I get out of it? First and foremost, I get the fun of doing a project I want to do. Whether it’s a creative project or just something new I’m testing out, I enjoy this kind of stuff. I also end up with some fresh new content for my website and social media, to use in advertising (or if it’s something I really love, I may sell some limited-edition prints).
What’s the catch? There’s got to be a catch, right? Yep, there is one. Not everyone will be selected for a Modeling Opportunity. Sometimes it’s something as simple as too many people want to do the same one. Other times it’s more of an esthetics thing in that your look may not match what I had envisioned or that the selected wardrobe won’t fit you properly.
